North Star Psychiatry & Wellness is located at 949 E Main Street, Suite B, Lexington, SC 29072, convenient to patients throughout Lexington, Columbia, and the surrounding South Carolina Midlands.
Office Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed on major holidays. In-office and telepsychiatry appointments are available during office hours.

Referrals from Other Providers
Referring providers can send referrals by fax to 803-956-9049 or by email to referrals@northstarpsychiatrysc.com. Please do not include health information in an unencrypted email; use fax or a secure method. Patients do not need a referral to be seen at North Star.
