How to Register as a New Patient
Getting started is simple: complete our New Patient Registration form with your basic information, insurance details, and a brief note about what brings you in. Our office will confirm your appointment within 1–2 business days and send any additional intake paperwork.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
- A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, typically about 60 minutes
- A review of your history, current symptoms, and treatment goals
- A discussion of your personalized care plan, including medication management if appropriate
- A follow-up appointment scheduled before you leave
How to Prepare
- Bring a list of current medications, including dosages
- Note any prior psychiatric or therapy treatment, including past medications tried
- Bring your insurance card, or ask about self-pay options ahead of time
- If you need an accommodation for your visit, let us know when you register
In-Person or Telepsychiatry
You can choose an in-person evaluation at our Lexington office or a telepsychiatry visit by secure video, depending on what works best for your schedule and preference.
